Tips for healthy eating

1.Take the main meals in proper times(Break fast within 9am) (lunch within 1:30 pm)( and dinner within 8 pm)

2.Do not live for eating,eat for living and healthy life.

3.Eat healthy foods(Read and learn about healthy foods).

4.Avoid foods which increase bad cholesterol(LDL & TG) in blood.

5.Eat breakfast like a king,Eat lunch like a servant ,and eat dinner like a beggar

6.Do not over eat in dinner and go to sleep right after. It may cause heart attack.
