1. You must have a strong Desire for a good health.
2. Healthy and Happy people never live in the past nor in the future.They live in the present and live for today.
3. Whenever you get a chance and time just take deep breath through your nose and slowly breath out through your mouth.while breathing in expand your chest not belly.Do it 15/20 times to complete a set and 5/7 sets in a day.You will be energized each time you do this breathing exercise.You can reduce stress by this exercise.
4. Do breathing exercise while walking. Breath in while counting 6 of your steps and breath out counting 8 of your steps.Breath through nose.Do not expand belly expand your chest.People with Asthma should do it slowly and carefully.
5. Start your day with meditation(Learn meditation from an expert) for at least 15 mins . And meditate for 15 mins before going to bed.But do not meditate right after your meal do it at least after 2 hours of your meal.
